Loved your design and artsyle! Here's what I did: Improved the shape language, take notice how the hair is more defined, the bows and blush stick out to add clarity, and the arms where made the same size (be carefull with that!) Very soft shading to add to the art style. Notice how the lines give form to the body, with one side of volumes (like arms) being darker than the other. You don't need to texture the whole hair! It makes it messy, Try drawing hair like a big shape, you don't need to draw every hair strand. Made the yellow less present in the drawing, now making it a completary color, no longer fighting for attention (with blue and pink being the main colors, notice how they were added to the dress.) Anatomy very slightly fixed.
