First off, this is such a great piece. The mood and setting is superb. I think it could be enhanced simply by warming up your flesh tones to match the lighting. Also a quick deepening of the shadows and anything that is out of the light or is in cast shadows could be deepened to enhance the mood and give that feeling of a dark room lit by just that lamp off screen.
