Hey! I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "line for line." But I'd recommend first using light strokes or a 4H pencil to create the base of the drawing. Ignore the details and just focus on the overall shapes (like the red lines in my example). Then, with a softer pencil like a B, draw the details while focusing on achieving better line quality. Use thicker lines for areas of interest, contours, or overlapping forms, and thinner lines for internal details or areas of less importance. I'm mentioning two different types of pencils because trying to do everything with a single light pencil wouldn't really help you achieve better line quality. :) Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
