Hi Hi! Cat looks cute! I like the shapes! Very stylized! It's good that you approached form manipulation over going too much in detail with render.Before attempting to sketch a complicated animal pose, I would advise creating a perspective grid. If it is more convenient for you, you can sketch every shape of the desired animal on the side before drawing each one in a different viewpoint. If you focus on how complicated structures are constructed, you will gain a solid understanding of how they function. For this reason, we begin studying perspective with transparent, basic geometric shapes (we need to understand how objects are created from the other side). Do not worry if things do not work at first because it takes time and a lot of practice. Along with human anatomy, it is one of the most difficult concepts to understand. Additionally, we might state that it is a one-point perspective from this angle, which has a tendency to appear distorted. Since this is how humans see the world and makes learning easier, I advise beginning from a two-point perspective. Drawing a perspective bow beneath the object usually helps me. I use it as a visual guide in this manner, but you can create a whole grid if you would like. Certain digital tools, such as Clip Studio Paint, provide pre-built designs, but you can easily locate them online (or design them yourself, which is preferable). Hope it helps!

When i struggle I find what helps is to go back to basics. If I don't see what I am seeing is a leg or a head but instead see the big shapes it makes it way easier. Then when I'm happy the big shapes are good and in proportion then give them 3d form then add smaller shapes/details until you are happy. Also look at reference if you are not already. Another good excercise is quick studies, where you look at lion photos with a 1 min timer per drawing. You only have time to get the big masses down so you focus on the big shapes and overall proportions. Use the head to measure proportions. It also helps with visual library so you find it easier to draw from different angles in future. Hope this helps.

its probebly because the pic on the left is and easyer perspective to draw in while the one on the right is quit a bit harder,personally i struggle with this too, the fix just draw the worst drawing ever, not intentionally but just acknoledg that some of your dawings are gonna be bad AND THATS OKAY, draw in hard perspactives and practice form manipulation (sirously its lke the secret sauce)
