(part 2) this draw-over follows the map that i drew based on your character’s original facial contours. using the liquefy tool, i warped the eye just slightly (not much, but a little) to give a bit tighter of a fit into the spot where the map would place the eye. i also moved the eye so that its innermost corner would align with the center line of the eye-socket space on the map. since this eye is also technically closer to the viewer, i stuck to the same design choice that you used in your original illustration, making it a little larger than the other eye. i also moved the mouth slightly inward so that the edge of the mouth would line up with the middle of the eye above it. and i moved the pupil of the other eye slightly more rightward to give the appearance that the character is looking directly at the viewer. i hope that this helps make the eyes feel a bit more congruous with the rest of the artwork. and i hope you have fun as you keep working on the design! ❤︎
