Howdy! I am loving the gown design! I would suggest relaxing the overall pose a bit by lowering the shoulders and not pointing the chin out so much. Keep in mind that when someone is turning their head at some point their shoulders will follow. In my draw-over I turned her head towards the camera to keep the overall pose relaxed. As for the hands and arms remember that these are 3-dimensional objects and people tend to wrap their fingers around things they are holding, including their own hands.
