The face looks really good! As for how to get it closer to clash royale, I think you need to watch your values and edges. If you actually look at the art in clash royale, the artist uses clearly defined planes and harder edges when painting in his shadow even though it looks soft. To do this you need a good understanding of the planes of the face and surfaces of objects which I think you have. Try to break down the form into more geometric shapes and focus on making big shapes of light and dark. You can soften these edges a little bit afterward. You can also move the light source slightly more to the side as usually side lighting is a little more flattering and less uncanny. I only did the face but I hope it illustrates what I was talking about!
