Your character is cute it made me want to do fanart of them instead of critique, but I'll try! I think the biggest improvement that could be made to your art is your line quality. Your proportions and anatomy are pretty good! The neck was just a little too long so I moved both shoulders up to compensate. I went ahead and redrew your character's upper body to show you how avoiding making scatchy lines can instantly make your piece look more confident. It might help to avoid textured pens like the one you used here for the time being. I used a simple hard round brush with a low opacity to do my corrections. Also it might help to use a slightly thicker brush! I also noticed that the feet of the character didn't really feel like they were resting on a ground plane. Knowing where your horizon line would help you to map out the floor they're standing on. I simply used an x here because I have a pretty good idea of how perspective roughly looks, but I would recommend drawing the guide yourself. It might be fun to try drawing another character on the page in the same established perspective as a test of whether or not you understand it! I hope any of this helps | Artwod Feedback
