Hey Daria, Looking good so far! The main issue with your wings is that they're not following anatomical functionality. Wings function just like arms, where the fingers (phalanges) fan out to form the wing structure. Also to make your designs more believable keep in mind that you design the wings in such a way that they feel like they can support the weight of the dragon's body. Keep it up!

i really like the idea you're going for here. if you want to fix the texure of your dragon, focussing on other aspects of the drawing is going to make texuring a lot easier. dont be afraid to use reference, i can see u use gridlines to keep the perspective correct but it starts to get confusing at the wings. pulling reference from living animals is going to help a lot here (bats are very helpful for dragon wings). if you understand the wing better, that will translate to less confusion and you will be able to keep the overall drawing more readable. if the underlying structure is more clear to you, texturing becomes a lot easier. there really isnt a RIGHT place to texture. but usually, less is more. you can texture a part of the body more to draw the viewers eye or you can texture slightly to indicate form. as for the silhouette, you can use some negative space or even play with the wings a bit more. hope this was helpful
