Hello there! I can see several strong points here: the idea of using the glowing lines to guide the viewer's eye works well, and the overall silhouette of the character reads clearly. The issue is that, right now, several elements are competing for attention, so the eye doesn't really know where to settle. The design has a lot of potential—it just needs better value organization and a lighting setup that describes the forms, rather than illuminating every surface equally. Making those adjustments can lead to a huge improvement without having to start the illustration over. What I did was darken a large portion of the scene to make the hand the primary focal point, followed by the face. The main issue was that almost everything was equally bright, including the ground, so it wasn't clear where the viewer should be looking.
