As Alex mentioned already, the ears were placed a bit too low. I also think the color of the eyes and hair is too saturated compared to the rest of the drawing. Eyes might be slightly too big. I would avoid drawing lines between teeth.

Hey, this is a really cool drawing, and I think the uncanny feeling stems from the placement of the ears, which sit too low in relation to the eyes. There was no room for the upwards curve of the mandible in its back, which makes them feel like they're sliding off the head. Generally the relation of height from ear to eye is a good indicator for the upwards/downwards tilt of the head, and in your position it would have been tilted way up to match that, but then still the jaw would have been incomplete. Therefore I shifted the ears up. Cheers o/
