hello, i think the face is already very good structurally your base color is also good! but maybe you can try push a little bit on the rendering, adding darker shadow and some highlight, and another point is maybe pushing the hair toward a more rendered look too, adjusting the colors shadow and light. im not sure what drawing application you used but a trick for coily hair i may recommend using a texture brush | Artwod Feedback
