I was trying to emphasize a trick where you can drawa a line straight up from the sternum wrapping around the head to find the ear, and then from the ear find the proportions for the eye and nose

Something feels off proportion-wise. The face structure feels a bit too masculine but I can't figure out exactly what it is. Shading should probably be more intentional too, I guess.
