Wow, I’d not thought of doing a fish eye perspective, it looks amazing. I’ll definitely give that a go. Thanks
Hi, so I’m working on a comic/manga type project and this is the introductory reveal of the main character, is there anything I could do to improve on this, the more I look at this the more both the character and scene feel off. I’m thinking a full on re-draw may be order. Thank you for your time

The main problem is th disconnect between the gorizon character and pod. The pods base is in an angle where the horizon ahould be below it. Ive put it in the middle here to line up with houw your character was positioned. You could still draw scenery behind it, but those would be mountains then
I see, I think part of the issue is that they are in crater. You bring up some very good points. Thank you
Great work! You have a great understanding of form visible in your character. My critique is about the capsule in the background. This is meant to be a conical cylinder, as shown by the curvature at the top and bottom, and there are a couple things that could make your perspective more convincing. 1. The curves need to taper off, rather than end sharply. Ellipses taper very quickly and very smoothly at the ends. You can try drawing through the form to understand how it tapers for your case. 2. The perspective of the door opening is inconsistent with the curve on the ground and the door itself. Notice how the bottom of the door opening curls down, but the bottom of capsule and the door itself curls up. You did a great job of showing this with the top of the door opening. This is a tricky form, so to practice, you could try drawing a cone with the door outlined and the door open from several perspectives to build your understanding. Overall, this is awesome, I love seeing your work posted on Reddit!
