I’ll deconstruct it for you! The front wheel and its attachments are turned in a separate direction from the bike, so the wheel is turned towards the viewer. This means the plane of the tracks is more visible to the viewer, and the side plane is shorter width-ways. This makes the side plane appear more ovular than circular. In comparison, the back wheel will always follow the direction of the bike. So if you can simply deconstruct the body of the bike into shapes, the back wheel will have that same ratio of side plane to front plane. Whatever direction the tank is facing and the simple box shape it has, the wheel will be pointing the same direction and therefore have a similar side-to-front plane proportion. Thanks to the perspective, the back wheel will probably be a little smaller than the front wheel too. Unfortunately the deconstruction method is usually the easiest way to understand a complex shape in perspective haha.
