Very nice pose and character. I love the rythm in her dress and the proportions are in general nice. I retraced the overall shape of the character and I think you could use a bit of solidity here and there in order to give it more depth and force. I also traced the perspective. Having a floor under her feet would definitely emphasize her movement forward to the camera and tracing the perspective would give more information regarding how the body react in an environment. Maybe drawing a shadow at her feet would improve her stance if you don't want to draw the perspective. (a more elegant option) Regarding the shape and form of the body, you did a nice job and we understand how the body react. Her forearm are a bit too long and could use a bit of shortening but it's not too dramatic in my opinion. Last but not least, I'm not an expert in fold and clothes but I did try and give you clues on how the volume of the dress would react to her pulling it with her hand. Think about the weight that the dress have. (even the light weight fabric reacte to movement) I think overall that's it. very nice work, I'm eager to see it's evolution. How would you approach the ribcage, as an egg as shown in the revision? Because i have had trouble with sizing issues whenever the pose was not at the eye level

I would trace simple boxy form and structure (like the simple mannequin that Antonion speak all the time and add more and more detail the further you get into the process. Most of the time it's mainly simplifying the drawing that is the hardest. Think about cylinders for the arms and legs, and box for the 3 main part (Head, Torso, pelvis) And I would first of all trace the perspective.
