Hey, first of all great study, there is not much i can put my finger on. The one thing we can improve is your posing. The body is kind of a week C curve when you pose them neturally. That will make your character seem more natural and less stiff. :) Other than that the hands and feet ar to small. A hand is rougly the sice of your head.
