Hey there! Great work here :D I just corrected the pose and perspective a little bit. You've already gotten some good feedback from others, so I don't have much to add :D I hope this helps!
I don't know i feel like I'm plateauing in learning somewhere i need some guidance

Hi. I get that feeling completely, and it's actually a good sign! Someone smarter than me once said that when you feel that way, it's because your eye and understanding have grown faster than your hands. They just need time to catch up. From what I can see, you already have a solid grasp of form, overlaps, and overall proportion. A fun exercise I've been practicing a lot lately is pushing the pose — asking yourself: how far can I take the C or S curve of the overall gesture? I tried it here, and maybe I didn't push it far enough, or maybe too far. But that's for you to discover! I Hope that helps. Have fun with it, and I hope that plateau feeling passes soon.
I know exactly what you mean. But just hang in there! You're not plateauing. I see you've got a solid graps of some Anatomy and construction. I know you could benefit from even more construction practice just like youve already did. It looks like you use ovals? They can be very deceiving in my experience. Because they dont tell us much about the perspective or form. Try replacing them with cylinders and boxes and Anatomy will come of itself. And remember you're doing something that is very hard here! Its natural to be frustrated and feeling like you're plateauing.
