Hi! Following feedback is given under the assumption that the character is the main focus. I feel like the staff, the mage and flowers in his hand are fighting for attention. Rule of the thumb: main focus should have the most saturation, light and details. Size matters as well. I made bouquet smaller and less saturated so it doesn't steal attention as much. Made staff less detailed and more blurred for the same reason. Added more detail around mage's head to draw attention. The environment seems to be in magenta/purple/blue tones - everything else (flowers, clothing etc.) should be bathed in the same light. For composition: sky and mage staff offer a wonderful space filler, namely magic, sparkles and stars! You can paint them in a way to suggest motion but also use them as guiding lines to the main subject. Using layer on "Add" blending mode helps a lot when drawing sparkly things.
