Hi! Love your style of drawing here, there's so much detail! I think there's a few things that I would usually comment on like the glare in the shades being maybe more extreme than what is realistic, but honestly it fits the style so well, that the rule of cool wins. About the hand, I think it can just be a little bit more relaxed. The fingers were pressed very tightly together and it felt like they were all going into a point, but when eating with chopsticks, it's actually quite a relaxed pose. By trying it out yourself, you'll notice a few other things like, the chopsticks can't be stuck together while eating (otherwise you can't pick anything up). As for the details, you can keep the same ones, just make sure to follow the curve of the fingers a little bit more. This will make it feel less flat and therefor more realistic! I didn't do much. I selected the area and gently added Shadows, considering tendons.

I love the textures in this piece, great stuff! For the hand, however, I think you can get away with just adding shadows on the bottom half of the eating-hand. You already did it once very well in the hair, where you divided the left side (highlights) from the right side (no highlight, deeper shadows). If I get a chance, I'll demonstrate later but I hope this helps.
