I’m really bad at drawing faces in cartoon style. I can get the body down (albeit 2D only, and I did have to trace the hands), but it is just missing something. I’d just like some help with creating a face and making it pop. I do have background and other aspects to the piece, I am just looking for help with the portrait. 4/4

Mega Rayquaza and Rayquaza as humans.

For the July before and after challenge I drew this. But there are a few aspects I’m still unhappy with. Especially rendering, but any other tips are helpful. I know certain things, like the heavy reliance on green or the face of normal Rayquaza are a bit problematic, but please also critique those thing.
