The construction of upper body is fine but I think you got a bit lost when you drew lower half of the body - the lower part of the torso is a bit too long. Making fabric wrap around the body and adding few folds could improve the drawing greatly, too. Consider gravity and whether character is tense or relaxed when drawing limbs. (Take this with a grain of salt - my anatomy is not the best).

I’m trying to sketch an anime character sitting but the legs and torso never seem to connect properly. The pose looks really uncomfortable. I think my anatomy and proportions are off. using pencil, any feedback on what i should fix first?
