idk if more detail will unflat it. maybe block the torso as two soft ovals for chest and hips that overlap a little so the waist has a place to tuck

Sketch/Anime/Anatomy Issue / trying to draw simple anime arms but they look like tubes

I’m trying to sketch an anime girl and the arms always look like straight tubes. I struggle with anatomy and volume, especially around the elbow. Using photoshop right now, any feedback on what i should fix?

Are you tracing? I'm not sure how much help anyone can give you unless you show them your actual skill level. Try drawing something from scratch or with reference! Include the reference somewhere on the canvas so others can help you spot your mistakes and hopefully help you genuinely improve :)
reference does help, though the arms reading as tubes is more a shape thing i think. maybe draw the upper arm and forearm as two slightly tapered forms with a small ball at the elbow, so the bend has something to pivot on. even from imagination that fixes the volume
