Great job. To get a bit more of the riot/blizz style, just add more indication of volume trhough the lines or planes of the head. IF you want to make it feel less anime, make the eye a tad smaller.

I feel like I'm missing something, all my faces look very flat all the time. what am I doing wrong ? I wanna keep a sort of stylized anatomy, but I can't get rid of the anime look. I've been stuck on this for a week, I'd greatly appreciate a throughout explaination and "showcase" <3
