I think it's best we take it step by step, so let's start with the pose! c: Hands are the trickiest thing to draw, but since they are so close to the camera, I want to make sure you can read all the volumes well enough, so I added some of that + contourlines to help you out a bit! I also improved the flow of the muscles in the arms/neck and for the face I think drawing a simplified Loomis head helps to estimate proportion and working with the curve of the face (especially since this is a tough angle and it's easy to make it look too flat).
