Hey, really loved your artwork, the paintover I did is not related much to the things you wanted feedback on, It's mostly towards things I think you can improve on. Mainly it's the lighting, in your original piece everything looked flat and the shadows to dark, which I think is also affecting your rendering. So I did some lighting adjustments and also picked some warm and saturated colors for the piece, cause your previous colors looked too desaturated and intense. And for a character with this much hair, I find it strange for all the hair to just stay in the back when she's moving around, so create some overlaps with that.
