Hey! Just a few small corrections. I’d recommend pushing the contrast between light and shadow a bit more. You can do this pretty easily using a Levels adjustment layer and slightly deepening the shadow values. On top of that, I would make the shadows cooler in temperature so there’s a stronger contrast between the warm light and the cool shadows. Right now, the overall temperature feels a bit too similar throughout the painting. I also removed the rim light you painted on the forearm. It doesn’t make much sense there if the forearm itself is already directly illuminated. Rim light tends to work much better in shadowed areas, since it helps separate the silhouette and also reinforces the sense of volume. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
