The perspective feels a little strange because you’re mixing two different views: frontal and 3/4, which makes the figure feel somewhat odd. You can keep the head facing forward, but the body should follow more of a 3/4 angle. The clothing should also feel like it’s wrapping around the body. For example, notice how the upper curve of the pants wouldn’t be straight, but rounded instead. The arm resting on the hip should pass behind the bust rather than being shown fully from the front. Try thinking of the arm as two cylinders: the upper cylinder moves backward while the lower cylinder comes forward. The hand holding the hair should also be slightly rotated and tilted. That would make it feel more natural and better connected to the forearm, since it feels a bit uncomfortable for the arm to be in 3/4 while the hand is completely frontal.
