Really good first attempt. Some of the lips you’ve drawn look great. The main thing for you to watch are your proportions. On the curved planes you’re drawing the lips too small, but then you draw the lips too big on the full head. The curved plane is there to represent the tooth cylinder which has quite a pronounced curve to it. The lips sit on top of the cylinder but don’t cover the entire cylinder.
