Hi there! I am definitely rusty and out of practice but my best suggestion is to break down the original image into a mannequin and then reproduce it, before you start adding details. I have been away from artwod for a while so I’m not sure where everything and all the classes and exercises are, but try to start from the fundamentals and from the “big” stuff :) I hope I was a little bit of help!
