Hello there! Nice work here! You already have a solid foundation. What I would suggest at this point is blending some of the color transitions a bit more to help give the face additional volume. It doesn't need to be highly detailed—just soften some of the transitions between colors, or soften the edges of the shadows where there are cast shadows (such as on the right side of the face). By doing this, I was able to address the issue you mentioned with the right eye looking a bit flat. This way, the transitions between the facial features look less angular; they look more natural and realistic. Hope this helps!
