Keep in mind the overall structure of the eye: the eyelids, the spherical shape of the eyeball, the brow ridge, and how all these forms connect together. Thinking about these elements will help you give the eyes much more volume and depth. I’d recommend looking up eye references and studying them more closely On top of that, the face feels a bit flat and slightly disproportionate, especially around the nose and the perspective of the mustache. I’d highly recommend studying the structure of the nose more deeply so you can understand its forms and volume better.
