Hey there! still learning myself, but I don’t think the tiger is the main stiffness issue. Since it is resting, the stillness works. The character feels stiffer because the pose and cape don’t yet react much to the “upcoming storm” idea. Adding wind movement to the cape, hair, and grass could make the scene feel more alive. I’d also treat the sword more like a 3D object planted in the ground, rather than a flat symbol. For the forest, I don’t necessarily think it is too close, but it could be pushed farther back with smaller shapes, lighter values, and less detail. | Artwod Feedback
