Hello there! Nice work here! I really like the idea behind your drawing. What I would suggest is adjusting the character's proportions. In particular, the arms. Both of them are larger than the torso, which makes the character look a bit odd. Notice that in my correction, the right arm is more in line with the proportions of the torso, while the arm holding the cape is slightly shorter. We also shouldn't be able to see the character's knees the way they're currently drawn.
