Hello there! Well done so far! The main issue here is the structure of the head. The proportions themselves aren’t completely wrong, but the overall structure feels a bit off. Notice the way I drew the nose compared to yours. Even if you don’t fully render every part of the nose, it’s important to keep the underlying structure in mind, things like the wings of the nose, nostrils, tip of the nose, and so on. I’d also recommend studying the structure of the eyes a bit more. Not adding eyelids can reduce the sense of believability and make the forms lose volume. You also drew the hair as a single mass, which makes it feel a bit flat. Look at the example above and notice how I separated the hair into different larger forms. Thinking about hair this way helps a lot with creating better volume and structure.
