Yo! The design is fun! And no worries if I changed the expression a bit, drawing stylized characters is not my cup of tea hehe. First of all, you can start by drawing a box to establish the perspective angle you want for the character, and then build a simple mannequin (using boxes and cylinders). This will help you solve the perspective much more clearly. It’ll also give you a better sense of which forms overlap, which is especially important in this kind of angle. The way the arms are drawn is what’s breaking the perspective right now. The bicep is overlapping the forearm, which makes it feel like we’re seeing the arms from a frontal view, while the rest of the body is seen from above. Ideally, the forearm should overlap the bicep since it’s closer to the camera—and the hands should overlap the forearms for the same reason. You could also make the legs and feet smaller to enhance the sense of depth and distance. Hope this helps!
