Hey! I’m not entirely sure what you need help with or what exactly you’re struggling with, but I can share a few techniques to improve your ellipse drawing :) First of all, ghosting the ellipse before drawing it helps a lot. It lets you visually establish a guide that your hand can then follow. You can draw square planes and then fit ellipses inside them. You don’t need to worry about vanishing points or technical aspects like minor/major axes—just draw planes at different angles and try to fit ellipses that touch all four sides of the plane. Another exercise is to draw planes using a single vanishing point, and again, place ellipses inside them. Try to make ellipses narrower as the plane gets closer to the horizon line, and wider as it moves away. This helps you practice both narrow and more open ellipses. You can also practice by drawing only ellipses with different widths, similar to the exercises above. Hope this helps! :) For next time, feel free to be more specific about what you’re struggling with so I can give you more targeted help! | Artwod Feedback
