Hello there! Great work so far! The best way to solve these kinds of issues is by using simple forms like cylinders and boxes. If you need spheres, make sure to draw through them so you can better understand their volume and perspective. Another approach you can use is to draw a box in the perspective you want, and then build your character inside of it. This applies to pretty much anything: characters, objects, buildings, etc. Simple forms are always ideal for solving perspective and, of course, foreshortening. You can use flat shapes if you want to focus more on proportions or just capturing the idea, but try to add volume afterward once you have a solid base. After drawing the simples shapes, you can add more complexity to the drawing. Notice how, once I added volume to each form, everything started to make more sense, and it naturally helped the perspective (or maybe the perspective helped the drawing, haha). Hope this helps!
