Hey! This one looks so dynamic! I like it! :D The thing I'd do here first is to set the grid. I think it would look better with a curved perspective, like a slight fisheye effect. That would make it look even more dynamic. Having a simple grid will help you to draw a more accurate convergence of the object, like the airplanes at the BG and also exaggerate the character's perspective a bit more (the lack at the back could be smaller). The mountains and all the vertical elements should follow the Vp at the top. I like the way you paint the clouds, but you can add more C curves to help to lead the eye to the charac. Hope this helps!
