I would work on really pushing the perspective of the simple shapes youre making in your pencil sketches, instead of creating the rib cage (which is a great way to start) using boxes for the pelvis and torso can help especially with that bottom pose. For the bottom one the i would say body was slightly enlongated at the torso, while the back leg was longer than the front. The back should generally be the same even if it is bent more upwards. For the top pose, i can tell that this pose is in an interesting perspective. However, in order to push the perspective again you can try putting your simple shapes into more perspective. I dont have the reference you used so of course my shapes may not be super accurate aswell. This is strong work though! | Artwod Feedback
