Hello there! I really like the design! Very creative. One thing that could help is lowering the values in areas such as the inside of the cape and the shadow beneath the neck, while slightly increasing the value (brightening) the head so it stands out more. This creates an overall "dark against light" contrast, which helps draw attention to the focal area. On top of that, it would help a lot to refine the linework a bit more around that area.
