Hey Alessio! The main issue I see here is that the characters aren’t really following the same perspective as the scene. For example, look at the upper part of the larger character. The ribcage wouldn’t really appear that way when the character is positioned above the horizon line. If you take a photo of yourself imitating the pose, you’ll notice that because of the movement of the right arm and the tilt of the torso, you would only see part of the back, not the entire back like it’s shown now. The leg position should also be wider apart so the character feels more balanced and properly grounded. It’s the same situation with the smaller character. The leg placement doesn’t really give the pose enough support or dynamism. I’m not sure whether you drew this from imagination or used references, but if you didn’t use references, I highly recommend recording yourself acting out the poses. You can either trace over the photo or do a gesture drawing from it. That helps a lot when it comes to understanding balance, perspective, and how the body actually behaves in space. It would also help if the orc on the left were slightly smaller than the main characters. That would reinforce the sense of depth in the scene. Hope this helps!
