Hey! Gesture drawing was honestly one of the things I enjoyed the most Anyway, when drawing gestures, try not to think about the contours of the figure. Focusing too much on the outline tends to make the pose feel stiff and lacking in flow. Instead, think about the movement of the pose and how the lines flow through the body. I tried drawing each pose in about one minute. Since I didn’t have the references, I’m not completely sure how the original poses looked, but hopefully they’re somewhat similar to your references haha. Notice that I didn’t focus on drawing contours. Instead, I concentrated on the three main masses of the body: the head, torso, and pelvis. As for the limbs, I kept them simple using “I”, “C”, and “S” lines. You can also check out Proko’s YouTube channel. He has several introductory videos about gesture drawing, and one of the main things he mentions is exactly this: avoid thinking in contours and focus more on movement instead. Hope this helps!
