The design is great, and the technique is really solid! The main issue is the amount of detail on the character—it creates a lot of visual noise and makes it a bit hard to read the drawing. The chest is currently grabbing most of the attention, taking focus away from the face. I’d suggest reducing the number of lines in that area to lower the contrast. Also, the hand doesn’t read very clearly. You could darken the area behind it slightly and use a thicker line for the hand and arm so they stand out more against the body. Remember: when forms overlap, the elements in front should have thicker lines, while the ones behind can have thinner lines. You could also slightly increase the line weight around the eye so it stands out more. Overall: Try to avoid having high detail everywhere, and focus more on controlling your line quality. Hope this helps!
