Hey! I totally understand the perfectionist side of things. First, and probably the most obvious, is learning to make mistakes and accept them. Shifting to that mindset really helps you let go of the need to make perfect drawings all the time. Another option is doing timed gesture drawings. Try poses of 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. This gradually helps reduce perfectionism because you’re working under a time limit, so there’s no room to focus on details. Also, try not to focus on just one drawing. If something isn’t working, leave it and start again instead of constantly trying to fix it. Something I learned a while ago is exactly that, if a drawing isn’t going well, I stop, write down what went wrong, and what I could improve next time. That really helped me stop chasing perfection on the first try :) Hope some of this helps. I also sketched a few gestures over your poses hehe
