Hey mate, I wanted to work a bit on the line drawing :)) Hope it helps too!
Yo! I know it’s still a W.I.P., but here are a few notes: First of all, try to avoid drawing flat shapes and work on separating elements more clearly (for example, the weapon strap from the shirt). Also, the weapon itself feels a bit flat in some areas because certain parts aren’t rounded enough to convey volume. Make sure the character’s perspective is consistent, since some parts felt off, particularly the head. The face mask was slightly tilted, and the right eye wasn’t aligned with the left one; it was sitting a bit higher. Try adding more detail, like folds in the pants, shirt, and clothing in general, to prevent them from looking flat. I would also suggest adding a callout for the weapon, since at a glance it’s a bit hard to tell what it is. Try designing the weapon as if it were an additional character, since it acts as an extension of the main character. I like the gestures! I would take the pose with the raised leg, clean it up a bit more, and add flat colors. That pose helps define the character’s role, suggesting they might be some kind of fighter or similar. You can use this pose a keyart, that would be cool! :) I’d keep the other sketches relatively small. But overall, yeah, focus on developing the character further, adding more detail, and introducing color with simple shading (at least for the main/front pose). Hope this helps!
