The biggest glaring flaw here is that the neck is just too big for the head, after that I found the facial proportions to be not correct. I'd recommend learning how to get that right ASAP, because your art with the body is really very good. You'll see a drastic improvement. For example, remember that the mouth is generally half way between the bottom of the nose and the chin. The jaw is also fairly asymmetrical, although from what I can tell from the drawing he's supposed to be looking at me dead on. The little blue cover on the side of his cheeks wouldn't actually change the shape of his jaw, just cover parts of it.
