I really like the scene and the small details around the astronaut My feedback is pretty simple—just something to keep in mind for future paintings: Try to improve the value contrast between your elements. Right now, both the character and the hole in the background share a very similar value, which flattens the image and reduces the sense of depth and separation. If the hole is the main light source, then the astronaut should be darker. That way, you get a clear “dark on light” contrast, which will immediately improve readability. You can apply this same idea to the surrounding characters as well. Always aim for strong value contrast—either “light on dark” or “dark on light.” Try to avoid placing similar values next to each other. Hope this helps!
