Hey! These are some really strong compositions, and the value control is great—I really like this kind of work! In general… improving comes down to the practice you put in daily, of course haha. But something I’d suggest is focusing on one type of composition at a time and working on it for a few days. For example, pick a triangle and build compositions around that shape. Then move on to others. You could also check out Composition of Outdoor Painting by Edgar A. Payne, where he explains different compositional ideas like the “S,” “I,” “O,” balance, repetition, and more. The reason I mention this is because I’ve noticed that many of your compositions follow a similar pattern—placing the subject along a third and having an object or character in the foreground. Try pushing for more dynamic compositions, where surrounding elements reinforce movement and guide the viewer’s eye toward the focal point. The third composition in the second row is one of my favorites :) Another exercise you could try is taking references from Pinterest or artists you like and reinventing their compositions. It’s a really solid practice as well. Hope some of this helps!
