I changed the perspective of the background to avoid having a completely flat background (which can make the image feel a bit boring) and instead gave it a different perspective. Also, remember to always use references. There’s nothing wrong with taking the layout from an image and using it for your illustration, just like I did here to help correct the painting. On the other hand, it would also be helpful to look for references regarding the lighting. A darker background will help the light coming through the windows stand out more and, most importantly, help the silhouette of the Pokémon stand out much better. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
